However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us at Support@polarbair.com within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Once an RMA number has been received, then please ship the item(s) by mail to the address on the directions in Redmond WA.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Intended Use: The baby cooler is designed for use with infants from 16 to 35 pounds and up to 32 inches in height. The kid cooler is designed for use with children from 25 to 100 pounds and from 32 to 59 inches in height. Always use the cooler according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Installation: Ensure the cooler is correctly installed in the car seat by placing the car seat buckle through the bottom opening and placing the car seat shoulder straps through the shoulder openings, as per the cooler's instruction manual. Improper installation can result in serious injury or death in the event of a collision.
Supervision: Always supervise your child when they are in the cooler. Never leave a child unattended in a cooler, whether inside or outside of a vehicle.
Securing Your Child: Ensure that the car seat harness is properly adjusted and securely fastened every time the child is placed in the cooler. The harness should be snug, with no slack, and the chest clip should be at armpit level.
Airbag Warning: Never place a rear-facing cooler in a seating position with an active front airbag. The force of an airbag deployment can cause serious injury or death to a child.
Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly check the cooler for any signs of damage or wear. Do not use the cooler if it is damaged or if any parts are missing. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for maintenance and replacement parts.
Expiration Date: This cooler has an expiration date. Do not use the cooler past this date as materials and components may degrade over time, compromising safety.
Second-Hand Use: If you are using a second-hand cooler, ensure it has never been involved in a vehicle accident and that all parts are present and functional. Confirm the cooler's history with the previous owner and check for any recalls.
Compliance: This cooler meets or exceeds all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) and is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft.
No Liability: The manufacturer, distributor, and retailer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Use of the cooler is at the user’s own risk.
Warranty: This cooler is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the warranty documentation, under normal use and in compliance with the instruction manual. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Modifications: Any modifications or alterations to the cooler that are not expressly approved by the manufacturer void the warranty and may result in serious injury or death. Only use manufacturer-approved accessories and replacement parts.
